Dear Sir or Madam, due to the fact that from 25 May 2018 the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 regarding natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data must be applied when processing personal data, we would like to inform you that the Controller of your personal data is PROJEKTMANAGEMENT POLSKA SP. The following categories of your personal data: first name and last name, e-mail address and telephone number, will be processed for the achievement of the purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller (art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR). Personal data may be transferred to PROJEKTMANAGEMENT POLSKA SP. Z O.O., authorized employees or associates of the Controller providing services under civil law contracts, administrators and suppliers of IT systems and hosting services, and a notary office preparing a draft development agreement, preliminary agreement, or premises sales agreement. The data will be processed until the purpose for which they were collected ceases to exist or until the data subject objects to the processing of their data, whichever comes first. Everyone has the right to request from the Controller access to their personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability and to object to processing. Everyone has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.

- The website does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookie files.
