Projektmanagement Polska is the developer of the project, leading the design work, commercialization, and comprehensive revitalization of the Przerzeczyn-Zdrój Resort. Projektmanagement Polska, a Wrocław-based company specializing in the implementation of office, commercial, and residential investments has been active for 25 years. Decades of experience and professional knowledge have enabled the successful commissioning of a portfolio of projects that continue to enjoy success and recognition in Poland, particularly in Lower Silesia.
The portfolio of investments completed by Projektmanagement Polska includes office buildings such as The Park Wrocław and Hills&Rolls (now Infinity) in Wrocław, unique residential buildings such as Przy Parku, as well as historic buildings such as Biała Sala in Szczawno-Zdrój.

For 25 years, Projektmanagement Polska has provided investors with a full range of services and modern solutions for all phases of project implementation. These range from consulting on property acquisition, through design, development, and management of construction projects, general contracting, and supervision, to the commissioning of turnkey projects.
One of the largest investment projects currently being developed and managed by Projektmanagement Polska in Poland is the Przerzeczyn-Zdrój SPA Resort.
As part of the comprehensive revitalization of Przerzeczyn-Zdrój, Projektmanagement Polska, in its capacity as the responsible entity, cooperates with municipal and regional authorities, the Marshal of Lower Silesia Province, the Lower Silesian Intermediate Body, the Preservation Officer, architects, historians, dendrologists, regional experts, enthusiasts, and residents in the field of archival and documentation of the history and traditions of the town and region.
Archival materials, artifacts, and other expressions of the existence and functioning of the health resort, which remain in the collective memory, are collected and compiled for use in various forms and at all stages of the project's execution and the future operation of the health resort.
Since 2020, we have been in regular contact with the Graf von Pfeil family (owners of Przerzeczyn-Zdrój / Bad Dirsdorf until 1945), which has allowed us to obtain many valuable materials, memorabilia, and photographs that are of significance to the overall project.
